My 2012 Best K-drama are the following:
OH LALA COUPLE: This K-Drama is another Fantasy-Comedy all about family and marriage. The Story is about a couple of 12 years that happens to be a Nationalist and A Geisha during their past lives. Starring Kim Jung-Eun as Na Yeo-Ok the wife who always complains how hard being a wife to Ko-Soo Nam played by Shin Hyun-Joon which have an extra-marital affair with his Front Desk Personnel Victoria Kim (Han Chae-Ah) only to find out that the General Manager Jang Hyun-Woo (Han Jae-Suk) was the Ex-Boyfriend Childhood sweetheart of Na Yeo-Ok. The First episodes are really funny it got me hooked watching for the next episodes, and then comes the drama part which I cried so hard (relate much hehe) but in the end their love as a Husband and wife prevails.
THE MOON THAT EMBRACES THE SUN: This K-Drama has been set during the Golden Empire days (Historical Days) in Korea. It is a story about True Love and Witchcraft. It also teaches us that the deeds we do today might save our lives (through Karma) in the future. Starring: Kim Soo-hyun, Han Ga-in, Jung Il-woo, Kim Min-seo this K-Drama won numerous awards last year.
LOVE RAIN: Love Rain is another K-drama I was able to watched and got hooked on. This is another Fantasy-Romance about Seo Joon (Jang Keun-Suk) who works as a photographer. He goes to Japan for a photo shoot and there meets Ha-Na (Yoona) for the first time. And what their parents had in the Past. Who was a student. It was a feel good K-drama and it made me realize that no matter how hard you try to forgot someone in the Past – there is this chance that your paths will cross again.
BIG: This is a story of a young teacher Da-Ran (Lee Min-Jung) her fiance Yoon-Jae (Gong Yoo) and the Brother Gyung-Joon (Shin Won-Ho) and singer/actress (Bae Suzy). It is a fantasy-romance-comedy, when Da-Ran feels that there is something wrong with her Fiance, She confronted him and with her is her student Gyung-Joon. The 2 men met an accident making Gyun-Joon in the ICU. There was an exchange of spirits, but in the end Da-Ran Chooses Gyung-Joon in the end.
